Let's be honest for a second.
You have built a life that looks exactly like it should, right?
The career. The family. The independence. And still, something in you keeps whispering: this isn't it.
You are not ungrateful. You are not crazy.
You are just done pretending the whisper isn't there.
I'm ready to stop pretending
Do you reckognise yourself?
You are somewhere between the corporate world that ground you down and the new life you are trying to build as a coach, a therapist, a mentor, a mother, a woman who decided she wanted something real.
Maybe you left. Maybe you are still planning to leave. Maybe you already jumped and now you are drowning in tools, costs, and the quiet terror that you built the new life wrong too.
Your kids are struggling. Your relationship is running on empty. Your spiritual practice keeps you sane but doesn't quite reach the places that still hurt.
And somewhere underneath all of it, you are running. Running and running and running... without ever arriving anywhere.
You don't need more advice. You don't need another framework.
You need someone who goes to the root with you.
WHO I AM
For over 20 years, I worked inside institutions that looked serious and important from the outside. I was good at my job. I understood the systems, I sat in the rooms where decisions were made, and I saw, up close, how those decisions were made.
And then something happened that cost me everything I thought I had built. A conflict that went all the way. That left me hollowed out, questioning everything, and forced to start again from nothing.
That is not the version of the story I planned for my life.
But it is the one that brought me here.
Because when the structure you relied on collapses... and it does, for so many of us, you find out very quickly what was real and what was just a role you were playing. I lost the role. And I finally found myself.
I trained in Hypnotherapy, Sophrology, and Human Design, not as a career pivot, but as a woman who needed to understand what had just happened to her, and why. I went to the root. And what I found there changed the way I see everything: relationships, work, the body, the patterns we carry without knowing it.
I don't work on the surface. I work on the reasons.
And I know deep in my bones what it feels like to be in the washing machine.

The Three Pillars of Transformation
I use three approaches, not because it sounds good, but because no single tool reaches everything.
... tells you how your energy actually works, so you stop forcing yourself into shapes that were never yours to begin with.
... goes underneath the story you tell yourself and rewires the part that keeps you stuck, even when you consciously know better.

... brings you back into your body, because clarity doesn't come from thinking harder. It comes from finally feeling safe enough to breathe.
Together, they form one thing:
a way back to yourself that actually holds.
