4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 through the Site. Once you complete an order, you will receive confirmation by email.

  • Payments can be made securely through Stripe (credit/debit cards, SEPA transfers).

  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and may change without prior notice, except where fixed at the time of your order.

  • You will receive an invoice by email. Contracts (orders) are stored electronically, and you may request a copy at any time.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are only provided under the conditions specified in the applicable refund policy for each Service or product.

  • For workshops and events: refunds are only made if the event is cancelled by me.

  • Digital products (e.g. downloads, templates, online courses) are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • In case of any issue, please reach out directly to find a fair solution.

6. Delivery of Services

  • No delivery costs apply to services.

  • Online sessions take place via video call or as specified at booking.

  • Access to digital products is provided electronically (e.g. via email or platform login).

7. Accuracy of Information

I strive to provide accurate, updated content on the Site. However, I cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or suitable as professional advice.

8. User Submissions & Acceptable Use

If you post or submit content (e.g. comments), you agree that:
