Cancellation Policy

Session Policy — Human Design Reading Booking & Payment Your session is confirmed upon receipt of payment via Stripe. The reading is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Preparation To prepare your chart, I need your exact date, time, and place of birth. Please send these to info@katjakuempel.com or by filling out the form that is linked with this booking, at least 48 hours before your session. If your birth time is unknown, please let me know, we can still work with what is available, but the reading will be less precise. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session: full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is retained. No-shows without notice: the full session fee is retained. Katja Kümpel reserves the right to reschedule in case of illness or emergency, with full refund or alternative date offered. Recording & Report A written report and recording of the session will be provided within 5 business days after the session. These are for your personal use only and may not be shared or published without written consent. Confidentiality Everything discussed is strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where required by law. Scope of Practice A Human Design Reading is an educational and self-discovery tool. It is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service and does not replace professional mental health support. Online Sessions You are responsible for a stable connection and a private, quiet space. Technical issues on my end will result in a full reschedule or refund.
