Cancellation Policy

Session Policy - Individual 1:1 Booking & Payment Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is due at the time of bookingvia Stripe (credit/debit card). Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is retained. No-shows without notice: the full session fee is retained. Katja Kümpel reserves the right to reschedule in case of illness or emergency, with full refund or alternative date offered. Confidentiality Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where required by law (e.g. risk of serious harm). Scope of Practice Sessions draw on Human Design, Sophrology, and Hypnotherapy. They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are currently under medical care, please inform me before we begin. Financial Accessibility A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available for clients facing genuine financial hardship. These are offered at my sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, and are not advertised publicly. To inquire, contact me directly at info@katjakuempel.com. Reduced rates are not combinable with other offers and do not affect the quality or length of the session. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session ends at the originally scheduled time. The full fee applies. Online Sessions For online sessions, you are responsible for a stable connection and a private, quiet space. If technical issues on my end prevent the session from taking place, a full reschedule or refund will be offered.
